Reputation System

How about a reputation system. Every user has a reputation. Then, we'll know who's a troll.

There's already a reputation system in place, alike Flamez0nFire's suggestion of a like and dislike for posts - this ties in with the reputation system. + = +1 Rep, - = -1 Rep, Thanks = +3 Rep.
